In the hot summer of 2013, I completed a gruelling 955 mile solo charity walk from John O' Groats to Land's End, raising £18,000 for Cancer Research UK. During my walk I wrote a daily blog, which tracked my progress and recounted my experiences, including the people I met and the places I passed through. When the walk was over, countless followers suggested that I should write a book about my adventures. Reluctantly, I agreed and so 'Footsteps In Summer' was born.

The book is now available direct from me and all royalties will be donated to Cancer Research UK. The book is published by Troubador Publishing Ltd, under their Matador imprint.
