I am taking part in the London Memory Walk to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society 💝 our team are walking in loving memory of Maisie Aitchison. I am also walking for my gorgeous Nana who suffers from this devastating disease 💝 every penny is a step towards a world without Dementia 🌎
