My story

 
Lasty year we pledged to have 100 orphans sponsored within 1 month.  We were successful alhamdulillah.  This year we have nearly 2 months to achieve the same goal. 

Please brothers and sisters help us save our babies.  This our future.  They are the future.  Lets show them hope so they may live their lives with dignity and honor as worshipers of Allah. 

Umar ibn ul Khattab told us that poverty may lead to kufr.  Let us feed and protect them not only by saving their lives but also by saving their emaan.  Lets not let them turn to disbelievers for help when they have such wealthy, healthy and strong able believing brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers living in the UK. 

I will add to the amount any orphans sponsored outside this fund raiser.  For every orphan sponsored we will add £360 raised offline to help us reach our goal.  So if you sponsor an orphan let us know right away so we can add the amount.  

How do you sponsor an orphan?  Please email us or call us on the numbers provided and we will set up your child sponsorship right away.

Help us brothers and sisters we cannot do this alone.  We need to help each other in the following three ways:

1.    Sponsor an orphan or two yourself at £30 a month (if you sponsor 2 you can get a pre eid dinner ticket at just £11.50 as an incentive)

2.   You can find people to sponsor orphans and again if you get 2 orphans sponsored above applies

3.    You can raise money towards orphans at £360 for a whole year per orphan

Please help us achieve this goal.  If you have any ideas please bring them forward.  Two sisters in portsmouth have saved up about 300 pounds for orphans and are going to donate it here so please consider doing that also.  

Incentive #1 - Every person to sponsor an orphan for a year or pay the full amount up front will get a huge discount on a DVD set currently sold online for £39.99  - It is the Sheikh Salim Al Amry "Come to Guidance" Four DVD Set.  Brother Jalal ibn Sa'eed is the host on the DVD.  It is a very interactive DVD set for people from beginners Islam to advanced.  Each DVD has a Q&A section along with a few surprises. 

It is a very sought after DVD set advertised on Islam Channel Appeals.  Though it is retailed for £39.99 you can have your set for only £11.50  I assure you it is worth far more than 40 quid perhaps even priceless but it is here to encourage you to donate insha'Allah. 

Incentive #2 -  For every 2 orphans you sponsor or you get someone else to sponsor you can get you tickets to the Pre Eid Dinner at the Dorchester (www.preeiddinner.com) for just £11.50

This is where you can learn all about the 1Eid project and meet famous people as well as have your emaan boosted and uplifted by the speaches from our Ulema and Du'aat.  This is the third annual dinner and its already got an amazing line up.

Incentive #3 -  If you have someone or yourself donate just £100 pounds you can have the dinner ticket or DVD set for £11.50

Some might say why do #1 and #2 when we can just do #3 and get the same thing.  Because the best incentive is to please Allah by doing the most that you can and by competing with one another to show Him how much we love pleasing Him.  May Allah grant you all His pleasure and mercy, ameen.

Please donate ANY amount even if it is just £2 and help us achieve this noble goal of having 100 orphans sponsored.   The orphan is looked after, given hope, shelter, food, clean drinking water, clothes, medical attention and a sound education.  All this for just £30 a month.
