To the amusement of many this year I will be attempting to get myself around the London marathon.  As well as trimming my rather portly phsique, this provides a fantastic opportunity to support a small, local London charity - West London Action for Children. 

The charity provides support to vulnerable families in West London and full details of their worthwhile activities are available at http://www.wlac.org.uk/  All of the money raised will of course go directly to the charity so please do help as much as you can.
