20 Mile Walk for Teenage Cancer Trust · 21 July 2018

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Myself and colleagues at Aldi Head Office are doing a non-stop 21 mile walk from head office in Atherstone to The Orange Tree in the centre of Leicester on Saturday 21st July. The total walk is 20.9 miles and will take around 7-8 hours.

All donations go to the amazing charity Teenage Cancer Trust. Unfortunately all of us will know of someone that has had Cancer. Around seven young people aged between 13 and 24 are diagnosed with cancer every day in the UK. They need expert treatment and support from the moment they hear the word 'cancer'. This is the only charity dedicated to making this happen.

I will keep this page posted with how many of us there will be taking part in due course.

Thank you SO much for your kind donation, big or small. Every single penny adds up and makes a difference.
