Motoscape Rally 2011 - Roadtrip to Prague!!

On Friday 2nd September 2011, myself, Andy Smith and Alex Liggett set off on our banger rally organised by Motoscape, where we will travel through 10 countries in 10 days, all in a car which cost no more than £250!!

A few months ago we purchased our car, a 19 year old Vauxhall Calibra with 140,000 miles. Already we've had plenty of work to carry out and repairs to be made, and after having it MOT'd recently (very kindly free of charge from Kevin and the lads at Stallings Lane Motors in Kingswinford) it was revealed there was more work needed before an MOT would be issued!

Anyway, this was all completed and the Calibra passed its MOT today, 17/08/11 meaning everything is ready to go!!

Also joining us as a seperate team is James Newton and Andy Jennings, taking part as Team West Coast Customs.

Between us we have covered the cost of the car, rally fees, accomodation and repair bills and all we are asking now is for generous donations from our family and friends.

Our chosen charity is Dudley Group of Hospitals Children Ward and Maternity Department.
