Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Some of you may remember my "1000 press-ups in-a-day" charity challenge. Well, I've decided to pick up the pace and so, during the month of October, the challenge is to complete:- 10,000 push-ups 10,000 sit-ups 10,000 squats This is on average 325 reps (per exercise) every day. To top it off, I will be running the 10k Clapham Common Series Race on the 26 October. This really will be 31 Days of Pain! Why am I doing this? Well, ChildHope UK is a small charity who support vulnerable children and with your help we can help raise money to reduce child abuse and exploitation around the globe. JustGiving is a safe and secure method to and an additional 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donations if you are a UK tax payer. What will your money do? £5 will pay for 70 complete HIV testing kits, enabling more children to be treated; £10 will pay a cook's salary in Sierra Leone to prepare meals for hundreds of children; £15 will pay for 60 abused children in Bangladesh to receive support for a year;
Please support ChildHope and sponsor me now! Click on the links below to see how I am getting on... Click here to see my Daily Progress: Click here to see my Running Totals: PS. To make this a little more interesting, my colleague Bav will also be doing the same challenge. Judging by his photo, he's in better shape than me...
