The 360 Systems team is cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats from 11 to 18 May to raise money for Alder Hey Children's Hospital. Gary Hitchen of S&N is joining us for the Carlisle to Glasgow leg and has the t shirt to prove it.

WHY
1. David's youngest had a successful operation last year at Alder Hey. They do great work with children and deserve support.
2. Dan is using it as one of his 'week's training' for various triathalons.
3. Richard said he would do it 6 months ago.
4. Gary is trying a leg to see if he can manage the full JOGLE next year.

TRAINING
Dan has been off to Spain & Portugal for winter training.
David and Richard have been doing lunchtime cycles 2 to 3 times a week, cranking up to 140 miles a week (will be doing more than that on day 2!)
