Every year 499 (Port Talbot) Sqn give alot of time and effort for helping other people within the community whether it be fundraising for the 3 peaks or helping pack bags in Morrisons. One thing we always do as a cadet organisation is marshalling the local triathlons - well this year a few staff members have decided to go one step further and actually do the trathlon in order to raise money for they very worthwile charity that is HELP FOR HEROES!!

Everyone taking part in this triathlon is putting in an enormous amount of effort, training every day to get ready for such an event so your support and generous donations would be greatly appreciated and very much give us the drive to work harder, knowing that it for an excellent cause.
