"It’s that time of year again when 4Com’s staff give something back to the local community, aiming to raise funds for the Wessex Variety Club by taking part in yet another arduous challenge.

The ‘4thirty’ will take place in 4Com HQ on 28th & 29th November 2013, and will involve a 30-hour relay event in the disciplines of running, cycling and rowing.  As with last year’s 4Com1000, the idea is for everyone to get involved for as little as 15 minutes covering as much distance as possible, although there is no minimum or maximum.  The key aim is widespread participation within the company and to raise vital funds for local children who may not be as fortunate as ourselves."
