6 full marathons in 12 months to raise £6,000 

Hello supporter,

I'm planning to complete a second consecutive year of running 6 full marathons over 12 months. Funds raised will go to the the charity Jewish Blind & Disabled. 

JBD is the only Jewish charity providing caring assisted living accommodation for people of all ages with vision impairment and physical disabilities. The charity transforms the lives of blind and disabled people and their families, enabling them to live independently with dignity and choice.

I'm aiming to raise a total of £6,000, so any and all donations will be gratefully received. Please read on for more information about the challenges and the cause and if you can, please make a donation.

The challenges:

• Sunday 12th July 2009 – British London 10k
                      (completed)
• Sunday 11th October 2009 – Munich full marathon
                      (completed)
• Monday 26th October 2009 – Dublin full marathon
                      (completed)
• Sunday 7th March 2010 – Barcelona full marathon
• Sunday 11th April 2010 – Paris full marathon
• Sunday 25th April 2010 – London full marathon

Many of you are already extremely generous and are frequently requested to donate to such causes.  I can only offer the many hours of training, blood, sweat and tears as some payment towards your kind donations.
