Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm raising vital funds for 2 brilliant Children's charities, Children North East and Cash for Kids. Despite this page only showing 1 charity recipient, from 4th August 2015 all funds raised through this JustGiving page will be split 50/50 between the 2 charities. 

At around 6am on Monday 17th August I will enter the sea at Lands End and swim 2.4 miles. I will then get on a bike and ride 112 miles before setting off to run a marathon of 26.2 miles. This should take around 16 hours. After some sleep and food I will rise and repeat this process progressing Northwards as I do so. In all I will do this 7 times over 7 consecutive days until I finally reach John O'Groats on 23rd August. This is a solo endurance challenge. This is #7days7irons www.7days7irons.com
