We are a team of six from 7 Sqn, RAF Odiham, Hampshire that are attempting to climb the highest peaks in Scotland, England & Wales between the 7th & 10th of September 2010.
Our schedule is;
DAY 1: Climb Ben Nevis then 125 mile cycle to Kilmarnock
DAY 2: Cycle 150 miles to Borrowdale
DAY 3: Climb Scaffell Pike then Cycle 90 miles to RAF Woodvale
DAY 4: Cycle 70 miles to Snowdon then climb Snowdon
It`s a bit of a challenge but that`s the idea ! The charity in question is The Forces Children`s Trust. The FCT is an extremely worthwhile charity that looks after the needs of children that have had a parent killed or injured whilst serving in the British Armed Forces.
