My story

On the 18th December 2011 Christine Tse and Becky Martin will be driving 5 hours each way to jump from the Middlesborough Transporter bridge- 165 ft over water- the only bridge bungee jump in the UK! 

We are raising money for three fantastic projects:

Speakeasy Advice Centre - providing free legal advice on debt, welfare benefits and housing, free of charge to anyone who needs it, particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged people.

The Junction - A free non-judgmental pregnancy crisis and post abortion support service from trained advisors offering one-to-one sessions for people experiencing pregnancy crisis or baby loss  http://www.thejunctioncardiff.co.uk/

Firstfruits - A project providing accommodation for vulnerable pregnant women and their babies in a supportive community.  http://www.first-fruits.co.uk/

These are all small projects that provide a vital service to those in need in Cardiff and South East Wales, and any money we raise will make a huge difference. The money we raise will be shared equally between the three projects. Please give generously :) 

Speakeasy, The Junction, and Firstfruits are part of Action in The Community Trust, a registered charity that is part of Glenwood Faith Community.

Glenwood Church seeks to serve its local community through a number of social action projects, including internships, the arts, debt and welfare advice, work with the vulnerable, with parents, single mothers, children, youth the elderly. Glenwood also supports people doing charitable work overseas.
