Asda's Tickled Pink campaign is in it's thirteenth year. Over the years, customers and colleagues have helped us raise an amazing £20m. This year, we would like to add at least a further million to that total but to do this we need your help. Each of our stores will be carrying out their very own 'pink fundraising' throughout Breast Cancer Awareness month in October. Why don't you pop along to your local store and get involved, or why not hold your own Tickled Pink fundraising event, or simply make a donation now. Your donation will make a huge difference.
Every year almost 46,000 women and 350 men are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. That equates to someone in the UK being told they have breast cancer every 12 minutes, which is over 100 people a day. This means that over 100 families and loved ones hear the news that someone close to them has breast cancer. That's why Asda's Tickled Pink campaign is important in raising awareness and vital funds to help support it's two charities; Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Campaign, continue their vital work.
All money raised through Asda's Tickled Pink campaign is donated to Breast Cancer Care, reg number 1017658 (60%) and Breast Cancer Campaign, reg number 299758 (40%).
