As everyone knows I talk a 'good game' and 'talk the talk' but I am going to prove to you all that there is some substance behind the man!!!  So I am going to 'walk the walk' or shall i say 'run the run' by taking part in the Birmingham Half Marathon on Sunday Oct 11th 2009 and doing it for a worthy cause as well. As ramadan is over and I could start my regime, you can all imagine how it has been going!!! To be honest it has been very difficult but I am dedicated to give it my best shot and raise some money for a very worthy cause and that cause is not LFC as some might think even though they need the cash for a new team!!! 

My chosen charity is Helping Hands. It appealed to me because of its ability to help the under privileged around the world and to provide relief to people/communities affected by natural and man-made disasters. One of it's main causes at the moment is the 'Indonesian Earthquake victims aid'
