As most of you are aware, I lost my husband Simon Boakes in 2003. This was due to a heart default called Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.

I, along with a few others will be running/walking 5K in a charity run to raise money for Cardiomyopathy Association. As this is a hereditary condition, it is very important for me to raise as much money as I can, as we have two children that could unfortunately one day benefit from the money we have raised!

So Please sponsor me to take part in this run/walk (dressed as Santa) come rain or shine! And with the weather as it is at the moment, I think we are going to get very wet!!!
