Hello mateys,

Yes I have put myself through two gruelling triathlons to raise money for SE1 United. The first one was in Crystal Palace on 23rd May and YES it was the hottest day of the year and I thought my head was going to explode! And the second one in Chesire swimming in a mere, was the opposite, cold and raining.

SE1 United is 7yrs old this year and needs your money to continue its ground-breaking work led by young people in and south
