Hi all,

I've entered the Preston 10K run which takes place on 30th September. This would have been a reasonably straightforward challenge pre-baby but is definitely going to take a little more effort now! I'd like to dedicate this run to my dad and raise some money in his memory. I've chosen Carers UK as my charity as I know through my work that they do a fantastic job in supporting carers to do what they do and to keep going. Good care is essential for those living with dementia and we need to do all we can to help those people looking after them. So please support me with a little bit of your cash and think of me huffing and puffing on the day!! love Abi x
