Hello y'all!

Thanks for taking the time to visit me here.

As you can see, I got suckered into 4 four days of exhausting, demanding, physical exercise. Now, once upon a time that wasn't a challenge for me. However, those of you that know me know how much I train nowadays. And if you don't know me so well, let's just say that I should do more. Or anything for that matter.

This is three days of cycling up and down mountains, and a day of hiking. I hate hiking. Having grown up in Devon I should like it but I guess you can take the boy out of London but you can't . . . oh you know the rest. I'll probably die is the point. However Pauline won't let me fail. She knows me as someone who's, like, committed and, y'know, has integrity and stuff. Even if I fell off my bike, over the edge of the mountain, she'd make me climb back out with a broken leg, get on my bike and finish the damn challenge. She's good like that.

The point is, I'm doing this challenge and it won't be easy. It'll be hard. I guess it wouldn't really be a challenge if it wasn't. It's also for Norwood who are a very worthwhile charity. I've put some more information about them just below.

So give generously. Anything above £50 is much appreciated. Anything below £1 is appreciated just as much. In the words of Tesco: every little helps.

Thank you all for supporting me. I love you all. Equally. Regardless of age, race, donation or height.

You and I are among the most privileged in the world. It's easy to forget but it's true. Let's help raise some money for those who aren't.

Much love,

Adam

================================================

Norwood supports people with learning disabilities and children and families in need.  They believe people should live the life they choose and they work with individuals to change their lives and achieve their goals.

They provide vital, personalised services to the Jewish community and to people in the wider community in London and the South East.

To continue to provide, improve and expand these services, Norwood must raise £9m annually from voluntary donations.

Being a Jewish Londoner, and having family with physical and mental disabilities means that Norwood provides help and support to my communities.

The YN Italian Challenge is to raise vital funds to support Norwoods operations. It's 3 days of cycling and 1 day of trekking in and around Italy’s coastal city of Riccione. At the moment I stll have no idea where that is or what 3 days of cycling means. The most I've ever done is one day!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now. Thank you all.
