<p>On 9th May 2012, I will attempt to undertake my biggest cycling challenge yet - The London to Paris - 290 miles over 4 days!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In my 40th year, I want to push my personal boundaries, reach peak fitness and continue to raise money for my chosen charity, ECHO.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As most of you know, Sophia had a Congenital Heart Defect at birth and underwent open heart surgery at 3 months to close a hole in her heart and to repair other minor defects.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Evelina Children's Heart Organisation (ECHO) is a charity that helps and supports families with "Heart Children".</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We have a healthy and lively 4 year old, who has fully recovered from her heart condition.
