610kms on  bike in a week!!!!

 

Yep thats right, on the 5th of March I will be joining "Lawrence Dallaglio's Cycle Slam" for the final leg of his epic Charity Fundraising Cycle ride.

I will join Lawrence and the team after 20 days in the saddle and will attempt to cycle the 610Km's from the South of Ireland to Edinburgh rasining money for Sport Relief and the Dallaglio foundation.

As well as raising money for the charities this will be a  personal challenge as, to be honest, I have never attempted this much excercise in a week.

So I could really do with some support and donations to make the undoubted huge amount of effort all the more worthwhile.
