<p>Update: 22nd June - We did it! Yes it was really hard work and a big thanks to all who have donated and helped in organising the event. Only a few sore muscles and aching limbs but its all been worth it for a fantastic charity. The golf definitely improved over the first three rounds and then faded (sorry for the pun!) into a let's get to the bar as soon as possible. Nick even managed to score a fantastic 65 in the final round - 23 putts always helps! </p>

<p>Well I think we must be crazy but here's what we're up to! </p>
<p>Two professionals from the Bristol Golf Club (<a href="http://www.bristolgolfclub.co.uk/">www.bristolgolfclub.co.uk/</a>), Nick Korynevsky and Tom Widley and two amateurs, Dave Wookey (Captain) and Adrian Kidd (Handicap Secretary) will be playing 72 holes of golf on Tuesday 21st June 2011, all in aid of Help for Heroes. <a href="http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/">www.helpforheroes.org.uk/</a></p>
<p>Yes, you read that right, that's 72 holes of golf in 24 hours, around 280 shots for the pros and may be a few more for the amateurs! It would be great to see support for the event at the club so we look forward to seeing everyone at the start at 5:00am! </p>
<p>The Help for Heroes charity is the Bristol Golf Club's Captain's Charity for 2011 and we thank all those who have supported so far. </p>
