No joke...on the 11th July we will be running The London British 10k for The Big Issue Foundation. This was decided after a lot of booze but we are sticking to our decision. Its will involve a lot of pain and sweating so please sponsor us.

As you all know we are not what you would call classic athletes these days and neither of us has ever run 10k before, thats just over 6 miles. We only have 2 months in which to practice which isn't very long at all so we could well break ourselves.

If you sponsor us you can also come and laugh at our misery on the day as we drag ourselves around the streets of London.

We will be running on behalf of The Big Issue Foundation.

The Big Issue Foundation is dedicated to the well being of homeless and vulnerably housed people, dealing with over 2900 Big Issue vendors across the UK. They help vendors to tackle issues ranging from health and accomodation through to money managment and aspirations.

Did you know the average life expectancy living on the streets is 46 years old. Life expectancy for men not living on the streets is 77 years old and for women is 82 years old.
