Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 25th April 2010 I'll be running the Virgin for Mary Stevens Hospice and in memory of Mark Perry, a running colleague who tragically died before Christmas.
Mary Stevens Hospice is based in Stourbridge and supports adults who have incurable illnesses such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, Parkinson's disease, cardiac disease, HIV / AIDS.
Providing this care isn't cheap and with the majority of the running costs coming from charitable events and donations, it’s clear to see every penny counts.
This organisation has been the charity of choice for my family, particularly my grandparents for has long as I can remember. Its only fitting that my blood, sweat and tears training and competing in the marathon will be put to good use in raising as much money has I can for this extremely worthy organisation.
Please, please dig deep and donate as much or as little as you can. Whatever you donate will be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks
PS. I’m not joking when I say blood, sweat and tears – the trainings killing me!!!
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
