Story

I will be sailing from St. Agnes, N. Cornwall to St. Agnes, the Scilly Isles in May of this year to raise money for Surfers Against Sewage. It is a 54 nautical mile trip of which half is across open water and if the fog comes in and my calculations are wrong then I could well land up in the States (or a body bag).

I would just like to say that this is not easy money. The trip will take between 7 - 10 hours in water still very cold. I will not really have any chance to eat or drink much, my back will be broken and my hands will be bleeding and blistered to the bone. There is a nice pub when I get there though.
