My story
Hey People!

Sadly due to a knee injury my Triathlon was cancelled. I am now looking to the DUBLIN marathon in october as the next challenge!
I personally have suffered on-going depression for the last 2 years, (people who know me may find that unbelievable) maybe longer. Things never became clearer untill i finally said..."I need HELP". Since that day, the decision to seek help from my GP, and talk openly about it, my life has never been better.
People can suffer from mental health but show no clear signs to the outside world.
People are often scared to talk about it.
I refuse to be subdued by it. And so my year of fundraising and helping along side the charity Mind.org begins.
Donate as much as you can spare.
£5 is a couple of drinks in a pub, could you have two less drinks and give that money to a charity that people you may know, or even you maybe one day will need.

11 weeks to go. My running is strong! My Cycling is fast improving! My swimming is not very Thorpe like....at this stage I just want to get the swim done...and let my guts take me through the rest!
