Hello lovelies!

On October 31st I will be running (my definition of the word) the Dublin Marathon. This is in memory of the "simply extraordinary" Alan Bergman. Alan was kind, clever, compassionate, widely read and hysterically funny. He also made a huge difference to any of us girls who have squeezed ourselves into a minimal bounce sports bra, because he invented the darn thing and are we glad he did! He danced, he read, he took beautiful pictures and he made people laugh.

Most importantly, he was Fizzy's dear friend Alexia's brilliant Daddy and my lovely friend Sam's husband and he is missed.

I am running for the British Heart Foundation. Thanks for following the link from my email and for any support you are able to give.

(Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe – they never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.)
