My story
hello all, as you might know iv been working my ass off to shed the weight and have so far lost over two and a half stone. I am going to push myself that extra mile and run the baker hughes 10k this may and would like to ask donations to the british heart foundation.
The reason i have picked this charity is because my little brother was born with a congenital heart defect (hole in the heart), although he is fighting fit now at 22 years old he underwent a heart operation last year to replace one of his valves.
