My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For 10 months I have had serious, chronic depression. Like many who suffer with it, I kept it quiet and never reached out for help. As a consequence I have been in very very dark places and on very seperate occasions I have made attempts on my life. This feeling is glady going, but for so so many people it is something they have to live with for too long. Depression Alliance UK has set up a programme called 'Friend in Need', which seeks to reach out to people all over the UK to stop them from suffering. Please donate to make a difference. Don't let people suffer alone.

So please dig deep and donate now.
