<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>This is a year of personal anniversaries. It's my first running and fitness challenge in public in 10 years. &nbsp;I'm doing it in memory of my badly missed little brother, who was a talented runner and sporting champion until he died in a sporting accident in the prime of his life twenty years ago. &nbsp;And I've committed to the Media Trust, because it's my 10th year as one of their volunteer industry mentors. The charity's mission is focused on communication; &nbsp;it connects local groups up and down the country - including many youngsters - with the expertise and networks that established media professionals like me take for granted, to improve their communication strategies and enable them to future-proof their work. I've met some extraordinary young folk and giving them something back has been amazingly easy and rewarding.</p> <p>So please dig deep - I know it's an ask and I am begging. But &nbsp;your donation will be in a great cause...and help keep me going on Sunday 8th July.</p>
