So those who know me know that I avoid any kind of physical exercise unless absolutely necessary. So running 10k through mud and rivers in winter in Newcastle on an army designed assault course (http://www.newcastlestampede.com/) is pretty much my idea of hell. But. I have also been looking for ways to raise money for Nepali Childrens Trust who do absolutely amazing work supporting disabled children in Nepal providing all the necessary medical treatment, daily physio therapy, education in a good school and a wonderful place to live with dedicated full time staff looking after them.

PS first run today (21/8).... ran for about 15 mins, couldn't breathe, stayed red for abouuuut the next 2 hours. It's gonna be a long 2 months.
