Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am going to Sierra Leone in April 2010 to work as a Midwife teacher at the University of Makeni. I will be going for a year. VSO fund my flight, basic living costs and accommodation. Any money raised replaces these costs so more may be spent on the Midwifery services. The average age of a woman's life expectancy is 42 years. Maternal and infant mortality are one of the highest in the world.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Voluntary Service Overseas gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
