I will be doing the British London 10K run on 12th July 2009 (along with about 26,000 other people), in aid of TAMBA - the Twins and Multiple Births Association (see info left).  Training is not going very well, so your sponsorship might spur me on! 

In addition my employer, BP, will match any funds that I raise through sponsorship.
