I am going to cycle from  London to Paris in May 2010. The journey will comprise 290 miles over four days.  While I like to consider myself reasonably fit... there is no doubt that this will be very tough going and it is recommended that participants train four times a week.  


I will be  raising funds for the charity Brain Tumour UK which is dedicated to improving life for adults and children touched by brain tumours, and to establishing the causes of and finding a cure for the disease. It funds a programme of research, support, education and awareness.
