Only three days to the big one now! Eleanor summed it up beautifully -"its like sitting an exam that you havent studied for!!" Apparently its normal to feel that way so hey-ho it'll be grand on the day. Hopefully the weather will be kind to us! Wish us luck x
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I said I wanted to do a marathon before I turn 40 (just under 2 years to go!) and after a few too many with my friend Eleanor, we signed ourselves up to do Loch Ness. Eleanor is running on behalf of Highland Hospice, check out her page www.justgiving.com/eleanor-mair The training is going well I think, I've even stopped drinking alcohol in preparation. No more cheeky gins on a Thursday, and no curry on a Friday!! I'm raising money for Volunteering Highland, check out their website; there is way more to them as an organisation than I could have imagined and they do an immense amount of good for the local area. So any amount that you can donate would be very much appreciated and I promise to keep you up to date on the training and more importantly the big day itself, only 1 sleeps!
Thank you,
Amanda
