My Nana is very poorly with a range of different illnesses, one of them being Dementia, it is a difficult illness as the person you love can change from day to day and knowing some days they may not remember you is as difficult for the paitent with demetia, as it is with the family members that support them. Anything you can spare, would be appreciated :-)
