Hi Guys

As you may or may not be aware, we are taking up the momentous  challenge (well it is momentous at our age!) of cycling from London to Brussels via Amsterdam in September 2011. We will be attempting to complete this in 4 days averaging around 75 miles per day!!!!

All the money raised will got to the Children's Adventure Farm Trust to ensure that some very needy Children from all over the North West can experience a break at their wonderful facilities.
