Kilimanjaro Challenge - The Lemosho Trail

A casual chat with my squash partner and good friend Ian Sherry highlighted a shared ambition to climb Kilimanijaro and having heard of funding difficulties for Claire House even Ian and I were able to put 'two and two' together and realise that two birds could be killed with one stone.

Friends have asked why I am undertaking this particular challenge (in climbing the world's highest free standing mountain and tallest point in Africa) - there are three obvious answers

a)  I am mad

b)  I am trying to make myself popular by doing something for 'charity'

c)  I haven't yet thought the enormity of the task through

Whilst all three may be true, of course, the real reason is that Claire House is a brilliant organisation that deserves our support.  Both Ian and myself are committed to raising as much dosh as possible and would be grateful if you would support us by making an online donation below whilst perhaps leaving a few words of encouragement or practical tips at the same time.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page - Andrew
