I have lived with MS for some 15 years now and have been fortunate enough to be able to remaine working and still able to try new experiences such as gliding, which have kept me still feeling alive and able to contribute. Many years ago I abseiled as a teenager and enjoyed it, having been offered the chance by The Rotary Club to have another go in somewhate different circumstances, just because I can.  I thought it would be good if I could raise funds for the MS Trust which is such a small but hugely important support to people with MS.  Anything you could contribute would be much appreciated and help the thousands of people living with MS.
