Hi everyone thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As you may remember i took part in last years St Helens 10k run i managed to walk up north road and back to the finish line 2k which at the time was a great acheivement . How ever this year am aiming to complete the 10k on my running blades and my bike which i have been training really hard on over the last few week . by doing this event i want raise money and awareness for the ABF Soldiers Charity who help injured guys like myself also former soldier and there families for life.
