Hi everyone,
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2006 I said I would like to compete in the 2010 London Marathon and I cannot believe it's nearly here. The reason I chose 2010 was so that, when I cross the line (in any state) I would give my my son Kieran who will be nearly 4 something to be proud of and to prove I'm not an old knacker of a dad.
Another reason to compete was to contribute something to charity and I am proud to be raising money for British Blind Sport which provides sport and leisure opportunities for visually impaired people with the intention of improving their physical health, general wellbeing and self esteen. If you would like to know more about what this charity does you can visit their website at www.britishblindsport.org.uk
So if your happy to pay to see me suffer or simply wish to contribute to this very worthwhile charity please donate.
Once you donate, Just Giving will send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Much appreciated
Andy
