My story

Tracey Boxall (run), Emma Halford (cycle) and John Murphy (swim) are taking part in the Tri For Life this year to raise vital funds for the Emily Ash Trust. They are a small charity with a big heart and their primary aim is to improve the lives of children and young people suffering with cancer.Please give as much as you can because every little helps to 'bring the sparkle back to children facing cancer'.
