NICE PEOPLE RUN FOR RELEASE!
Okay - I'm a glutton for punishment. The training schedule has been a bit patchy but as you can see from my photo I can be really sporty when I really try!
I'm a bit nervous about the run but your sponsorship money will make all the stress on my knees worth while. Please dig deep and sponsor me for a good cause - raising funds for the Release legal outreach service at drug clinics across London.
If you're in London please come cheer me and other Release runners along the race route at Westminster Abbey at 10am, and then after the race for drinks at Ha Ha Bar & Grill on Villiers Street, near Embankment tube. You can help see to my injuries :-)
