My mum and I are taking on this huge challenge to raise money for breast, cervical and ovarian cancer (WomenVCancer). My mum is a breast cancer survivor so this is a charity which is very close to home. My mum, Sonya, is now 7 years clear of cancer! We are cycling 450km over 5 days. That is around 90km a day!

This will be a tough challenge as getting fit enough will take a lot of time and effort. We will be taking part in cycle challenges up until September to prepare for this event. This event is something that I have wanted to do for years and so we are proud to finally be taking part.

I was 11 when my mum was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and I was lucky to be able to celebrate my 12th birthday with her as she was in her last month of treatment. For the price of a beer, a portion of chips or a burger (just 2-5 pounds) you could contribute to saving a life!

My mums company, Eagle Education and Training LTD, is very kindly covering our costs for this trip so every penny you donate goes straight to charity!
