Hi everybody,
We are raising money for Poppy Scotland, supporting our heroes. We will be taking part in a 5k run ( Anna & Shaun) and 5k cycle ( Halla & Archie). We feel this is the least we can do to support our current guys and those who have gone before to enable us to have the freedom to make these choices.
Shaun and i have been training for 8 weeks now and have progressed from nearly collapsing after one minute running one minute walking x 7 repetitions to walk 1 min, run 8 minutes x 4 repetitiions, covering 3.5 miles between Avoch and Fortrose. Anna will runnung under the guise of the 'pink bullet' (Halla's post run description of her mother). Halla is working on Shaun's alias...... watch this space, suggestions welcome.
