Well here I am again, and this time it's the big one...a 26 mile fun run! This is definitely the hardest thing I have ever done in my life.

"Why are you doing this you insane woman?" I hear you ask. Well, for a couple of reasons...

Firstly, I love a good challenge and since I started this whole 'running' thing (thanks to my oldest sister), I have unleashed some kind of adrenaline junkie who needs to do the longest run possible!

Secondly, it is all in the name of a very good cause. One World Action is at the forefront of a human rights battle ensuing in Third World countries across the globe. The charity provides a voice and a shield for women and children who are subjected to the worst possible forms of abuse and maltreatment, and I am proud to be running for and supporting them.
