I'M GOING TO MAKE HER DO SOME GOOD IN THIS WORLD AND FORCE HER UP A MOUNTAIN!!!!!!! (she'll remember that).
SO I CAN LEAVE HER THERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US RAISE THE FUNDS. (If we raise enough I'll bring her back)
I'll let her explain -
If you've found your way onto this page because I've personally linked you to it, you should be well aware of what we are doing, and that I am indeed a charitable soul, I was even fired from Oxfam once.
To everybody else, this is what we're about:
To help families and children in two continents we have pledged to walk up the highest freestanding mountain in Africa.
The money you donate will help twice over. Firstly, all of the money raised will go to 99.9 Radio Norwich's charity: Families First. It is a local charity with its roots firmly in the community. Families First aims to relieve poverty, hardship and distress in families with children within the Norwich, Norfolk area.
The second way your donation will benefit others is: all participants of the climb volunteer to help the communities living in the shadow of Kilimanjaro, whether this be making school desks, or brightening the walls of local amenities, such as the doctor's surgery or the orphanage. However, we can only do this if we reach our goal.
When you've made your donation, no matter how big or small, please leave us a message so that we can say thankyou.
If we can reach 6000 people, who donate £1 each, then we're almost there. So please pass this on.
To add to this website we are arranging a calendar of events between now and August, which if you leave your email adress we will be glad to keep you updated on.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
