Dear friends,

As you know I have been talked into running the Brighton Marathon and I am running it to raise money for the Football outreach programme at Albion in the Community. (for more details see http://www.footballoutreach.com/index.php )

Currently training is going better than it was..I can now walk down stairs the day after a training run, which 2 weeks ago I couldnt.

I am up to 14 miles this weekend with 7 weeks to go..

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
