Last January 2012, returning from a weekend with Lucy and Gwilym, we were involved in a serious road traffic accident.  Fortunately as well as Ambulances, the Fire Service and Paramedics, Mercia Accident Rescue Service - MARS came out to help, and supported us from the accident through A&E and Intensive Care.  MARS #mce_temp_url# delivers advanced emergency medical care to the critically ill and injured.  

We are convinced that MARS is part of the reason we are alive and well today.  We decided to raise money to support their wonderful work, and have a garden event on Saturday August 24th 2013 at Foxdale, Walwyn Road, Colwall WR13 6QE.  Please put the date in your diaries, and we hope you'll be able to come, or if you can't make it, we'd be really grateful for any donations.

We're also going to continue raising money for MARS, so if anyone wants to help or has any great ideas, please do get in touch.
